WHY WELLSHARE?

I am very passionate about improving health access for low-income, underserved and minority communities. At WellShare, I am able to learn more about how to connect the community with culturally appropriate services that are sustainable and long-term.

YOUR FAVORITE PART

The inviting community and the strong work ethic are two of my favorite aspects of interning at WellShare. The passion everyone has for the work they do is wonderful and makes it a delightful experience to learn from.

“Community work is vital and important in the realm of health education. WellShare’s community health worker model allows for health resources to be delivered with culturally competent care. To me, that is very important and I am happy to be interning at WellShare!”
