Are you interested in looking behind the scenes of a local recognized non-profit organization? Do you have some spare time and would like to help us make a difference in local refugee- and immigrant communities?
We are looking for an office and general administration volunteer to help out at our office in Minneapolis.
Administrative duties may include grant filing, data entry, ordering of office supplies, helping with mailings, research, office equipment use (faxing, copying, scanning), answering the phone, helping out with fundraising events, other general front desk/reception support.
We are looking for someone that could commit 5-10 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months. We offer a flexible schedule during weekday business hours (09:00 am – 05:00 pm).
Desired Skills and Experience
Basic computer skills, experience with Word/Excel or willingness to learn, dependable and friendly personality, flexible and adaptable.
- Getting administrative experience in the work of a recognized non-profit organization
- Getting experience working with the Customer Relationship Management System Salesforce
